The ODB master program is one of the Health Medicine and Life Sciences MSc tracks at Maastricht University: several interdisciplinary courses will be offered to master students of different disciplines. In practice, this means that in year 1, block 1.1 is shared by all students within the Molecular Life Science master programs, of which ODB is one, the Nutrition & Metabolism master and the Cardiovascular Biology Master. Thereafter the block will be largely profile specific. The practical training periods are mostly profile specific as well; the preparative block 2.1 will be a common training exercise again shared with all master students.
