Criteria

1. At least 2 international speakers have to attend the symposium.

2. The symposium must have a significant scientific character.

3. The symposium should have a clear link with the GROW field of research.

4. The GROW logo must be published starting from the preparation phase (on pre-announcements etc).

5. The GROW logo must be published on the website and all other publications.

6. GROW only sponsors if the means obtained from external funding or other funding
    is not sufficient.

7. There should be an entrance fee.

8. The GROW contribution exclusively consists of the financing of entrance fees of GROW participants to the    symposium.

9. The maximum GROW contribution is € 1,000 to be paid afterwards after a Financial statement is provided.
